In the time leading up to the 2007 NSW State election NCOSS will be running a number of related seminars and workshops. Details for upcoming events are available below.

Action for People with Disability Inc
State Election Forum
Action is holding this forum to provide an opportunity for people with disability and their supporting families to meet with representatives of political parties and local candidates for the NSW Government election, and to discuss relevant issues impacting on their daily lives with a focus on the most requested unmet needs of Respite and permanent supported accommodation

We have invited the Minister, Hon John Della Bosca.  The Shadow Minister, Hon Andrew Constance has confirmed his attendance.

Candidates in Action’s region, from the State electorates of Davidson, Epping, Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Lane Cove, Manly, North Shore, Pittwater, Ryde, Wakehurst and Willoughby have been invited to attend.

Healthy Mouths Essential for Healthy Bodies
On behalf of the RDAG you are invited to attend a forum where Oral Health is the Agenda For Candidates at the State Election

Please come and join us at an election forum to meet your local candidates to discuss issues relevant to people with intellectual disability, such as unmet need for accommodation, employment and health care
